Located in the hamlet of Martinan at 1100m altitude, 58m² apartment, facing south.

The fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer.
The bathroom/WC is equipped with a sink and a shower cubicle.
Upstairs, 2 separate bedrooms with a large 140 bed, 2 bunk beds and a trundle bed.
Possibility of free loan of a cot.
Outside, you will have a terrace, a green area, a private parking space, a private room for storing your equipment (skis, bicycles, miscellaneous equipment, etc.)
The apartment is located opposite the slopes (600m), in winter the free shuttle passes in front of the door.
Depending on the season chosen, the location will give you many advantages:
- In winter, the Sybelles area welcomes you with its 310 km of slopes for all levels. Fans of snowshoeing and ski touring will be spoiled for choice when it comes to finding a course on the surrounding mountains.
- In summer, it is a paradise for cyclists. The mythical passes await you, Iron Cross, Galibier, Madeleine... the apartment is at the foot of the Col du Glandon.
Hikers will also be able to take advantage of marked walking trails accessible to all.
